With a bolster size of approximately 4.2 × 1.8 meters, the 800T press is capable of running large progressive dies, transfer dies, and single-operation dies with stable accuracy. Combined with our in-house die manufacturing capability, this press supports stamping dies up to 4 meters in length and heavy tooling applications.
Supported by ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality systems, our stamping production integrates CAE analysis, die tryout, mass production stamping, and dimensional inspection. This ensures consistent quality, high efficiency, and reliability for automotive parts such as bumpers, beams, pillars, chassis components, and other structural sheet metal parts.
