We design and build progressive stamping dies, transfer dies and single-stage stamping dies according to customer drawings and technical requirements. Our stamping dies are widely used for automotive body parts, structural components and industrial sheet metal applications.
Changdong is capable of manufacturing large stamping dies with a tool length from 1 meter up to 4.2 meters. The main die materials include casting iron and high-quality tool steel, ensuring excellent rigidity, durability and stable mass production performance.
From die design, simulation, machining, assembly to tryout and validation, all processes are completed in-house. We conduct on-press tryout and die debugging to ensure the stamping dies meet dimensional accuracy, surface quality and production efficiency requirements before delivery.
In addition to stamping dies, we also support prototype stamping and short-run production for engineering prototype vehicles. After successful prototype validation, we further manufacture the formal production stamping dies for mass production.
