160T, 200T and 260T Stamping Press Line

This stamping press line includes five medium-tonnage press machines arranged in one row: three 160T press machines, one 200T press machine and one 260T press machine. The press line supports metal stamping die tryout, prototype stamping, process verification and small-batch production for sheet metal stamping projects.

For a stamping die manufacturer, press capability is important because die performance cannot be judged only from design and machining. The tool must be tested under real press conditions to verify feeding, forming, trimming, piercing, burr control and stamped part dimensional stability.

How This Press Line Supports Stamping Die Projects

In stamping die manufacturing, the press line is part of the validation process. After CNC machining, WEDM cutting, grinding, assembly and fitting, the stamping die must be tested on a press to confirm that the actual stamped part matches the design intent.
