This deep drawing stamping die is developed for Suzuki car projects, focusing on dimensional stability, material flow control, and surface quality of the final stamped parts.

This stamping die is designed as a single-station transfer die made from high-strength casting iron to ensure rigidity and long service life during production. In the normal development process, we require approximately one week to complete simulation analysis and layout design, followed by two weeks for detailed tool design and engineering review. After customer approval, the first off tool samples can be provided within eight weeks, and an additional four weeks are needed to achieve 100% qualified production samples.

Deep drawing processes require precise control of drawing force, blank holding pressure, and material flow to avoid defects such as cracking, wrinkling, or thinning. Our deep drawing die design fully considers these factors, ensuring stable forming results during tryout and mass production stages.
