Progressive Stamping Die for PSA P8 Project
This progressive stamping die is developed for the PSA P8 automotive project, designed for high strength steel stamping with stable performance and long tool life. The total die weight is approximately 2120 KG, suitable for large press machines and high-volume production.
The stamping part material is High Strength Steel DP600, requiring strict control of die strength, cutting clearance, and forming stability.
Cutting punches are made of DC53 (HRC60–62), while forming punches use D2 (HRC56–58) to ensure wear resistance and dimensional accuracy.
Standard components include Danly, Sankyo, Fibro, and Misumi gas springs made in Italy, ensuring reliable guiding, buffering, and long-term production stability.
